Personalize Your Las Vegas Wedding Ceremony

The number of guests you may invite to your chapel ceremony varies depending on the package you select. However, you can increase your invited guests as needed for a fee:

• • The Get Hitched elopement package includes 2 invited guests, You can increase this to 10 guests for $50.00
  • The Tie The Knot, Canyon Sunrise, Touch of Graceland, and Memphis Serenade packages all include up to 10 invited guests, You may Increase seating for up to 25 guests for $75.00 or for up to 50 guests for $125.00
  • The Silverado Dream package includes up to 25 guests. You may Increase seating for up to 50 guests for $50.00
  • The Gold Rush package includes up to 50 guests.

Though the Hitchin Post Wedding Chapel typically closes at 6:00pm daily, weddings and vow renewals can be scheduled after hours for an additional fee:

• • Ceremonies starting between 6:00pm and 7:45pm – add $125.00 to package price
    • NOTE – Our GOLD RUSH package is available until 8:00pm every day with no extra charge.
  • Ceremonies starting between 8:00pm and 9:45pm – add $250.00 to package price*
  • Ceremonies starting between 10:00pm and midnight – add $500.00 to package price*
  • Ceremonies after midnight  – please call for availability and pricing

*Get Hitched and Make It Official packages are not available after 7:45pm

A Hitchin’ Post professional photographer is included with all chapel packages. 

Images are delivered to you in a beatiful online gallery.  Photos that are included in your package can be downloaded directly from the gallery and you will also have the option to purchase more downloads or order prints from our in-house professional print lab. Downloaded photos can be saved, shared online, or printed at home or at any print lab you choose. 

Photography and video capture by guests or other professionals using mobile phones, amatuer cameras, or professional cameras is not permitted inside the chapel unless the appropriate add-on is purchased in advance.

• • Family and friends – add bridal party, family and friends photos in the chapel after the ceremony   $75.00
  • Guest photo pass – permits guests to take non-flash photos and/or video from their seats in the chapel.    $75.00
  • Full photo pass – allows you to bring your own licensed and insured professional photographer to capture your ceremony in lieu of any included photography in your package. Includes 15 minutes of time in the chapel after the ceremony.    $195.00
  • Circus Circus Experience Photo Tour enjoy a 30 minute walk around the resort after your ceremony for photos in some of the most iconic and romantic locations.   $75.00
  • Extra photography time – reserve a photographer for “getting ready” photos in your hotel suite before your ceremony or to capture moments at your reception afterwards.
    • First half hour   $75.00
    • Each added half hour   $35.00
  • Fully unlocked photo gallery – Your online  gallery will be “unlocked” to permit downloading of all of your photos in high resolution suitable for printing up to 30″ x 40″.
    • First half hour of photo time including ceremony $350.00
    • Each additional half hour of photo time including getting ready, receptions, and photo tours   $70.00
    • Add a USB flash drive of all images in high resolution with purchase of an unlocked gallery   $50.00
      • Next day rush delivery of USB flash drive    $100.00

HIgh Defintion Video is captured inside the Hitchin’ Post chapel from three discreet camera angles for a true broadcast style presentation. Video is delivered as an  HD mp4 video file download  which can be saved, shared and played on most computers, tablets, smart TVs, and mobile phones. 

• • HD video download  – add to your  ceremony package   $75.00
    • USB flash drive – your HD mp4 file on a USB flash drive with purchase of any download $50.00
      • Next day rush delivery of USB flash drive    $100.00
  • Live Webcast with 24 hour replay. Invite family and friends to view your ceremony online   $75.00
  • BUNDLE – Add both a live webcast and HD video file download to your package    $100.00
  • Extra video time – reserve on of our professional cinematographers equipped for getting ready video in your hotel suite, a walking tour around the resort or to capture moments at your reception. Includes all footage captured as well as a short, movie-trailer style recap of your events set to music.  Video is delivered to you as an HD mp4 download.   $175.00 per hour

Upgraded, custom floral is a great way to express your individuality and style! All bouquets are hand-crafted by our on staff floral designer. If you are interested in full custom floral, we’d be happy to set up a consultaiton and quote!

Silk Floral Options – Our simple silk bouquets are available with white roses and with white, red or sky blue ribbons. This is the included “borrowed” bouquet for some ceremony packages. You may also purchase and keep a brand new one if you prefer:

Fresh rose floral options – Roses are always available in red, ivory, white, and blush pink. Other colors are usually available with at least two weeks advance notice.

Custom floral options – Common flowers including daisies, carnations, lilies, and sunflowers are usually available though may be limited in colors available depending on the season and supplier stock. Other seasonal, specialty flowers such as tulips, ranunculus, peonies, and hydrangea are not always available. We will always ask for an alternative option if your chosen variety is not available. Please note – personalized fresh floral must be ordered 2 days prior to your ceremony.  Starting at $125 depending on market prices.

The Hitchin’ Post Chapel is designed to be flexible. Our custom altar podium can be set with or without the Hitchin’ Post,  lucky horseshoes, or floral boxes at no charge. You can also dress up the chapel with our aisle runner options and add other wedding traditions such as ring bearer pillows, flower girl baskets and silk petals, or a unity sand ceremony.

Aisle Runner Options

• • White lace aisle runner – no flower petals   $59.00
  • White lace aisle runner deorated with silk rose petals $89.00

Traditions

• • Flower girl baskets filled with silk rose petals (must purchase an aisle runner option) $39.00 each
  • White Satin Ring-Bearer pillows    $30.00 each
  • Unity Sand Ceremony including a heavy glass Hitchin’ Post Unity Jar with a sealable lid for safe travel home. Choose two colors of sand: white, black, gray, coral, mint, pink, turquoise, lilac, purple, sky blue, red.   $99.00
  • Family Sand Ceremony –  add a color of sand for each family member  $16.50  per color

The Hitchin’ Post can arrange sedan or limousine service for you!

• • Sedan Hotel Transfer –  one way “Town Car” style service for 2 passengers. Perfect for travel from your hotel to the Hitchin’ Post or the airport $120.00
  • Limo Hotel Transfer – one way Stretch Limousine service for up to 6 passengers. Travel from your hotel with your bridal party! $160.00
  • Round Trip Sedan Service – travel from Circus Circus or any hotel in Las Vegas to the Marriage Bureau and back. $195.00

We can also arrange custom ground transportation options for you and your entire wedding party. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll get you a great price.

Ground transportation needs to be booked at least 5 days in advance and is subject to availability. Driver’s tip is not included in the price.

If you would like to provide your own floral or décor, the fee is 50% of our pricing for the similar items.

All floral and décor must be brought to the chapel immediately prior to the ceremony and removed immediately after. The Hitchin’ Post Wedding Chapel does not take delivery of or otherwise handle floral products provided by outside vendors.

If you’d prefer to provide your own photographer for your ceremony, you may purchase a FULL PHOTO PASS for $195.00

A photo pass allows you to bring your own licensed and insured professional photographer to capture your ceremony in lieu of any included photography in your package.
